The End Hunger/FEED Change (EH/FC) initiative aims to work collectively towards raising awareness about hunger-on a local to global scale- and implementing solutions to address this issue.  We invite students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community partners to join us in this effort. To fulfill our mission, we will work on four core areas:

  1. EDUCATION: Increase information, awareness, and knowledge, among the UT and Knoxville community about local and global hunger and how they intersect.
  2. OUTREACH: Improve the nutritional status of our campus and our local community through health education and the linking of individuals to relevant social services.
  3. POLICY: Inform policymakers on evidence-based strategies to address hunger locally and globally.
  4. FUNDRAISING:  Secure donations and funding to expand UT’s involvements in supporting the production, distribution, and access to nutritious food both locally and globally.

UT EH/FC pledges its commitment to the United Nations goal of achieving a world without hunger.
